These terms govern your use of the Pet Blueprint iOS application ("the app"), developed and operated by Stefano Poma ("we", "us"), Ontario, Canada. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store terms. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app.

2. Your content

You own the content you create in the app (pet profiles, photos, notes). You are responsible for the content you enter and for what you choose to share, including making sure you have the right to share any photos or contact details a blueprint contains. Shared blueprints are delivered directly between devices; once shared, a copy is under the recipient's control.

3. Marketplace and affiliate links

The app displays a curated list of third-party pet products. These are provided for convenience: we are not the seller, we make no warranty about any product, its price, availability, or suitability, and any purchase is a transaction solely between you and the retailer under the retailer's own terms. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.

4. Not veterinary advice

Pet Blueprint is an organizational tool. Nothing in the app — including vaccine checklists, feeding fields, or marketplace products — is veterinary or medical advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your pet's health.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that shared blueprints will always transfer successfully.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, including reliance on information stored in or shared through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

7. Changes to the app or these terms

We may update the app and these terms over time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute.
